Ramada Inn Suites
We were not impressed with this hotel. It was next to the freeway and noisy. The hotel staff were not exactly rude, but not exactly friendly. I would not recommend it to anyone!
We thought these sites are to help travelers keep away from "not so good hotels" but because of slander, I think they have to stay positive in their descriptions. They make all the hotels look real nice in the pictures, but I just can't trust it anymore....More

New Clinton Hotel & Spa
I did not like this hotel. It did not have have a place to dine. Also, the room was pitiful. The pictures on the web were not the pictures of the actual room. The refelecting pool is anything but. It is more like a shallow, out-of-order fountain. The room was way too tiny and the sink in the bathroom, that is supposed to look like a ceramic square of some sort, leaks water all over the floor. The curtain for the window looks like a shower curtain. It is just not as nice as what the pictures implied. I am not sure about the NEW Clinton Hotel and Spa because there doesn't seem to be anything new. The entire night and morning I could hear water draining from the other rooms overhead. A cruise ship inside stateroom is better. The front desk man was very unwelcoming. But the kicker part was the valet guys. When I drove up there was no one there. Someone came out of the hotel, went to a truck parked on the street and tapped the window. That man came out and walked up to me-I was like "Are you the valet guy?" Then the sign said call atleast a half hour ahead for your car because the garage was "very far away" (exact words on sign). The next day I called 1 hour ahead instead of a half hour, I got my things together walked outside and "Where's my car?" The guys tried to come up with a scheme to say to each other "Oh her car was here but you took it back-the other guy who couldn't speak English too well said "Yes, it was here but I took it back". I told them "Do you expect me to believe you brought my car and let it sit here and then took it back to the garage without me coming out to get my car?" I told them they never brought my car and in all this time took me another 30 minutes to get my car. So it's your choice but I will say this, this incident is not a fluke. The hotel needs some serious management to overlook the manners in which their employees handle guests....More
