    Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel
    We checked into a a very nice room in the afternoon and, at bedtime, realized one of the beds was soaking wet from water that had been leaking from the ceiling (it had been raining prior to our arrival). We phoned the front desk and the night manager came to the room, brought us a high-quality rollaway to use for that night and then comped our room for the night. When we got to our new room the next day, the manager had left a really nice fruit tray with an apology note for our inconvenience. Unfortunate things happen everywhere and to everyone and the important thing is how you react when they occur...the staff at Loews Santa Monica handled our trouble with smiles and class....More

    Hotel Pennsylvania
    The hotel itself was not bad. It was supposedly under a 7 million dolar renovation. I don't know where that money went but it wasn't on the building. Some of the hotel staff were a little rude, mainly the one bell captain. He even hung up on me once. Valet service is great if you don't need your car back in a hurry. Wait time 1hr. It was better for us to leave and schedule the car to arive at a certain time. If you are just paying for your valet on the way out don't stand in line to check out just go over to the 5000 club saved me 30 min of line time....More

    Los Angeles Adventurer All Suite Hotel at LAX
    once you get passed the awkward entrance. it is a decent little hotel. staff was great. rooms are clean. price is right. but one must understand that it is not a big chain hotel. dont expect big chain hotel commodoties. besided that, it is very easy to get to, and many places to eat and shop. p.s. not to much hot water in the mornings....More
