    Scottsdale Resort and Athletic Club/Eurasia Spa
    I'm usually a very easy going person, so to write a scathing review is not my style... However, I want to save someone from having to go through what I did. To start my experience with this hotel, there was only ONE person on staff. So checking in was quite a wait. The shower was stuck on scalding hot, so I had to jump in and out as quickly as possible. The comforter on the bed literally felt like sand paper. On my last night there my key stopped working. I had to go down to the office 3 times for new keys and not one of them worked. Finally when the one and only woman working there came up to help me get in, she brought 4 master keys and not one worked. I had to suggest going through the other half of the suite attached to my room that nobody was occupying. She said this happened often at their hotel. Since it was my last night there, I suggested she just let me use the other half of the suite and leave the keys so I could make it to my appointment and get back into the room, but she said that was against policy, so if I wanted to go back out, I'd have to come back to the desk to have her let me in. I guess its ok with them that their keys don't work and customers are locked out? HORRIBLE customer service. They are more interested in corporate money than the customer. Horrible travel experience....More
